With that in mind, Cornerstone BTI offers a wide array of payment plans to make your IT needs affordable.
Pay-as-you-go
No contracts, no commitments, no overtime rates; just call when you need us and we'll be there. A two-hour minimum and trip charge applies for on-site service and a 30- minute minimum applies for remote/telephone support. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments and invoices are issued weekly.
Prepay Plans
Benefits of the Prepaid Plans - Our Prepaid Plans feature discounted hourly rates, monthly invoicing and rollover minutes. Certain plans also include no trip charges, no minimums and optional regularly- scheduled on-site hours.
Rollover Minutes
Stretch your budget with a Prepaid Plan and rollover minutes. Prepaid time not used in the current month can be rolled over to the following month, thus evening out your IT support costs and keeping you within budget month after month.
Prepay Plan I
Prepay for 1-5 hours per month and receive a 10% discount off of our standard hourly rate. On-site service requires a 1 hour minimum and trip charges still apply. Remote/telephone support is billed in 15-minute increments. Once prepaid hours have been used, additional hours will be billed at our standard rate.
Prepay Plan II
With 6-15 prepaid hours, you will receive all of the benefits of Plan 1, but with a 20% discount off of our standard rate and no trip charges. In addition, you will receive a 10% discount off of our standard rate for hours exceeding prepaid hours. Optionally, prepaid hours can be scheduled, for a minimum of 2 hours, on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Prepay Plan III
When prepaying for 16 or more hours, you will receive all of the benefits of Plan 1 and Plan 2, but with a 25% discount off of our standard rate and a 15% discount off of our standard rate for hours exceeding prepaid hours. Other benefits include free phone support lasting less than 15 minutes and free weekly system checks, not to exceed 30 minutes per week. Weekly system checks include the following:
